The service in the moment was fine. Efficient. 9 days later my oil light comes on. Then goes off again. I have to take the car in for brakes the next day. Mechanic says the oil pain screw was loose and I was leaking oil. It required 4 new quarts of oil. I called to get reimbursement and the corporate phone tree customer service people denied the claim. I had the paperwork from my mechanic saying the screw to the pan was loose. Denied. They said they would not give me the cost of the replacement oil or any other refund because I didn’t bring it back to them. So, it’s on a lift in the shop and I’m supposed to just let the brakes get done and drive back to Valvoline to have them inspect it??! No. Just give me the money I had to spend to correct your mistake that was verified and validated by a third party mechanic. I got a “free” oil change to use within the year as consolation, but that’s not what this customer wants AND I don’t want to give them any more of my business. Very poor handling of the situation. I gave two stars rather than one because the people at the shop were nice (they just didn’t tighten the screw), but the company did not value my business enough to re

Nicole, the manager was great- courteous efficient and friendly. Mechanic was great also. He checked and double checked to make sure all caps were secured. Took about 15 mins. Will definitely go back.

I wanted to take a moment to sincerely express my gratitude and appreciation for the outstanding service I continue to receive from Nicole and the entire team. I have been coming to Valvoline for years, and each visit consistently reminds me why I continue to return. From the moment I arrive, Nicole and the team make sure I am taken care of with professionalism, efficiency, and genuine respect. They are always welcoming, attentive, and committed to making sure both I and my vehicle are in great hands. What stands out most is not only how quick and efficient the service is, but also the kindness, courtesy, and approachable attitude the team shows every single time. In a world where exceptional customer service can be hard to find, this team truly goes above and beyond. I have had experiences at many other places over the years, but the level of care and consistency I receive here is what makes Valvoline stand out from the rest. It is rare that I feel compelled to stop my day and write an email like this, but this team absolutely deserves to be recognized. Their professionalism, respect, efficiency, and positive energy make every visit a great experience. They have built a level of t

Great experience! Came on a Saturday morning, greeted with smiles by staff and told it would be a 5 to 10 min wait. No problem! David and Branden really took care in making sure all my service needs were met, including topping off A/C fluids, getting fresh oil into my car and showing me filters and explaining what each thing did. Manager Nicole was also only moments away keeping an eye on all things happening in and around my vehicle. All in all, great experience, price was right and I will definitely be back to use these folks again!
